I would love to see the DSCC (most cash on hand) make a quick commercial to highlight the current frustration with gas prices. It would just show the role of oversight applied to oil and baseball.
The shots could show MLBers being sworn in before they testified followed by the CEOs not being sworn in. It could highlight the threats being made to MLB about "regulatory problems" if George Soros is allowed to become a part-owner of the Washington Nationals. Then the silence about Exxon's CEO $400 mil retirement package. Finally it could show the packed hearings regarding possible MLB contraction and the empty hearings over any oil regulation. Close with a tag like "Hardball for baseball. Softball for oil."
I believe a whole series of "Oversight" commercials could be made to highlight what a joke the GOP congress has become. Any other suggestions?
